The Sandpiper Inn consists of 1-2 story stucco and concrete block, interior building with flatter roof, 28 bright, airy and spacious guestrooms, configured with a mix of bed configurations, including allowances for disabled, smoking and non-smoking rooms. Each has a private tub, shower, some with Jacuzzi suites. Every room has at least two chairs and table, color cable television with remote control to enjoy channels like HBO. All room have refrigerator, alarm clock, hair dryer and telephone. In-house meeting rooms for use of organizations, meetings and business and civic groups in the area.
