Cancellation Policy
There is a $15 processing fee for all cancelled reservations (per room) regardless of the reason or time cancelled. You are required to notify the Inn by 3 PM by phone, 7-days/ 14 days prior to date of arrival. If you cancel without giving a 7 day / 14 day notice, the Inn will keep the 1st night of the deposit. You are responsible for all remaining nights the Inn is unable to resell. If the Inn resells remaining nights, the balance of the deposit will be returned less the $15 processing fee.
