Sandpiper Inn is the unforgettable place for my lifetime. I remember the day when my close friend, Chuck, with whom I always wanted to be with and I always want to be with, and we turned our friendship into relationship at Sandpiper Inn. He was hoping for a quite romantic place by the lake on white night. He discovered the Sandpiper Inn in up north of Chicago. It was 9:30 pm of summer days, he asked me to go with him for a boating. It was incredible outside from the deck...We were on boat deck...It was a full moon white night...Sparkling stars and tune of pleasant breeze on the lake were additional beauty...I was just dreaming that it would be the biggest day of my life if Chuck ask me for a life long relation on such a romantic place. For me it was like a dream comes true. All of a sudden he proposed me with a ring in hand for life long relationship. I had always dreamed about this precious moment at such a romantic place but never thought it would be the part of my life...Isn't it great to have such a lovely memory on a romantic place like this? As we headed back to The Sandpiper Inn, we knew this was the perfect spot for our new start.

Thanks so much for everything. We're celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary at Sandpiper Inn. We are impressed with the pleasant and romantic ambience of the Sandpiper and surrounding area. Everyone looks so relaxed and friendly. The North marina point is the lovely place to go for fishing...to feel the beauty of Michigan Lake. We found 100% privacy here at Sandpiper Inn, which isn't always the case in a small Inn...in a cheap rate We just can't forget the celebration in Jacuzzi with the Champaign. We are hoping to celebrate all next anniversaries here at Sandpiper Inn!

We were planning a trip to Florida but couldn't go there. Luckily we came across the Winthrop Harbor detail and specially Sandpiper. The warmth and hospitality at the Sandpiper was more compare to the warmth of the sunny Florida. Great breakfast.... Great boating. Great fishing. Walk around the lake with the ducks, seagull, and sandpiper…it was incredible. Thank you all of you!

Have you ever thought about a small Heaven on the earth? Peaceful and gracious place at Sandpiper Inn can't be found in Chicago land area. For me the description of the mini vacation is "Sandpiper Inn". We have no words to express our thanks for your hospitality!
